London Airport Transfer with Meet & Greet or Enhanced Drop Off Service

Meet & Greet - This service is mandatory for Heathrow, Gatwick and City Airports, and are included in the fares that you are quoted or, if you book online. Stansted and Luton are not included in this and are charged in addition to the fares quoted, and this option must be added when booking either by informing us, or using add item in the booking form.

The driver will contact you on landing, to reassure you he is close by, and will enter the terminal 30-40 minutes after landing. He will be holding a namecard in Arrivals Hall in the most prominent position he can find, or after informing you of his location. On meeting you he will assist you with your luggage and escort you to his vehicle and promptly take you to your destination. Luton and Stansted airports are not included in this, as it is easier to meet at the drop off zone for both you and the driver. With this it is important your phone is available for both yourself and the driver on landing. In any case you must add the Meet & Greet Service if you require this at Luzon or Stansted, as bespoke.

Enhanced Drop Off Service - We are one of the first companies to introduce this service. We realise, that certain passengers may need assistance on arrival at the airport for preparation for their departure, or, quite simply do not know the processes of dealing with check in. We can assist with this, as an add on. The driver will drive to the car park at the airport, assist you with your luggage and escort you to the check in desk. Once this process is complete the driver will escort you to security and once there he will bid farewell. The driver, of course, will ensure you are through security before he leaves.
