Pick-up procedures at Heathrow

Your driver’s terminal entry time is planned using your flight number, actual landing time and expected passenger flow. This allows time for immigration, baggage reclaim and walking through arrivals, while still keeping the collection punctual and well coordinated.
Standard Heathrow airport pick-ups include up to one hour of complimentary waiting time after landing. If you intend to use an arrivals lounge, need additional assistance, or would prefer the driver to enter the terminal at a specific time, please tell us in the booking notes so the collection can be planned correctly.
Drop-off procedures at Heathrow
