Pick-up procedures at Heathrow
Meet & Greet is mandatory at Heathrow Airport. Drivers are required by airport regulations to meet passengers inside the arrivals hall rather than at the kerbside.
Your driver will enter the terminal at a time calculated using live flight data and expected passenger flow, including passport control and baggage reclaim.
Drop-off procedures at Heathrow
Standard drop-offs take place at the designated terminal forecourts. Enhanced drop-off services are available on request and include assistance with luggage and escort to check-in.
