I want to book a car, what are the payment methods?
We only take advance payment, by credit card or debit card. On booking online you are sent to our card processor, which is secure & safe. If you book on the phone, you will receive a confirmation and within that confirmation, you will find a heading, "payment method", besides this, there is a link that states "pay now". In all cases, you do not have to inform us that payment has been made, as our system automatically links the payment with our dispatch system.

If I book a car, how will I know, this has been processed and how will I know the driver?
From start to finish, you will receive a confirmation by email or text (UK & Europe), on completion of processing your booking, and a reference number is your security that the booking is live. In addition, if the booking is an airport pick-up you will receive the driver’s details the evening before. If it is going to the airport, you will receive the booking anytime up to 2 hours before the journey unless this is outside of London. You are also able to then track the driver as to his location.

We have small children and/or a baby, do you provide child seats, or can we use our own?
It is not a legal requirement for us to provide child seats. However, we provide these as a complementary service, subject to availability. There are 3 types of child seats. 0 - 12 months, infant seat, baby rear-facing cradle, 12 months to 4 years, child seat, forward-facing seat and, 4 years - 8 years, booster cushion seat. You must choose the correct seat for your requirements, as we cannot choose this on your behalf, and cannot advise. If you book online and we are unable to provide the seat, we shall inform you immediately. Please note that if you decide to fit your car seats, please be ready for the driver's arrival, and allow adequate time for fitting as well as for loading luggage, as waiting time may be added.

Do you pick up outside of London or can you take us out of London?
We provide services from all over London to any part of England as well as provide services from anywhere in England to any part of London. Our license requires that the destination or pick-up location must be in London or any of the London Airports.

When picking up from the airport, what is Meet & Greet?
Meet & Greet is a service we provide when meeting passengers at the airport. It includes waiting time and parking up to an hour after the flight lands. The driver will in this case enter the terminal about 30-40 minutes after the landing time and hold a namecard in arrivals. therefore, after that, there would be 30-20 minutes free inside the terminal. We do ask passengers to turn their phone on once landed as the driver will attempt to make contact.

What is the enhanced drop off service?
We provide this service for passengers who require assistance when dropping off at the airport. The driver will park his car at the airport car park assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the check-in desk. He will then wait with you until this is completed and then leave once, he has accompanied you to security.

Do the fares from airports include Meet & Greet?
The fares from Heathrow, Gatwick, and City airports, all include Meet & Greet, however, fares from Stansted and Luton do not include this.

Why do you not provide Meet & Greet at Luton and Stansted?
We do provide this but, at an additional cost, which is an add-on when booking. The reason is, that it is easier to reach the drop-off area for both the passenger and the driver than it is to get to the car parks.

What are the extra waiting charges if we go beyond the free waiting time?
The extra waiting time is charged at £0.30 for the saloon - £0.40 for MPV4 - and £0.50 for Large MPV, In addition to this any extra parking charges are payable. The price is pence per minute.

What are the charges if I need to cancel my booking?
We will cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the booking time free of charge. if it is within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund as we pre-allocate drivers and schedule jobs and according to workload will not take further bookings.

We need the car to park right outside my property will the driver do this?
With London being a busy city, it is even difficult for homeowners to find space outside their houses. The driver will, if unable to park outside, park at the nearest available safe space and then walk to your house to assist you with the luggage.

What if the car arrives at my address at the booked time but, we are not ready to leave?
The driver will usually turn up earlier than the booked time. The booked time is the time of actual pick up and departing time. We will allow 15 minutes from the booked time, but any longer may be subject to waiting charges. (£0.30 for a saloon - £0.40 for MPV4 - £0.50 for a Large MPV. The price is pence per minute). We must charge as drivers usually have a follow-on job, and any delays, not only will restrict the driver from being able to do that job, but we then have to reallocate a new driver for the follow-on job.

Are the prices quoted final or are there extra costs for tolls or any other hidden charges and tips to pay afterward?
First, our costs are inclusive of all tolls, and we do not have any hidden charges, however, we do not include tips, as that is completely at your discretion. You can choose to add this when booking online. Charges may be incurred if there are extra drops, that we were not notified about, a change of destination, or, additional waiting time.

I think I may have left an item in the vehicle I traveled in, what should I do?
Call us, or the driver immediately upon realising your item may be in the car, the driver may be still nearby and may be willing to drop this off to you free of charge. If he is now on another job, or you do not realise this till much later, call us, and we will arrange for him to search his vehicle and if found, shall book a suitable time for this to be dropped off. A fare will be charged for this. You may of course pick this up yourself at our office, however this is by appointment only.

What are the advantages of creating an account or downloading the App?
Creating an account and using the App has many benefits, that make it more convenient for you. You can amend bookings, keep track of past bookings, download invoices, and remember your usual addresses or job history. In addition to this, you do not have to keep entering your credit card/debit card details.
