London airports operate their own terminal drop-off and waiting policies. These charges are set by airport authorities and are outside the control of Mason & Green. We include the basic drop-off charge in our fares, but extra parking, waiting time or assistance costs may apply where required.

How long do drivers wait at the airport after landing?
Our standard airport waiting time includes up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed. If you need extra time, such as for an arrivals lounge, please arrange this in advance. If you request a specific pick-up time, waiting and parking charges may apply after the agreed allowance.
Do you track flights for Heathrow and Gatwick arrivals?
Yes. We track incoming flights to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport and adjust driver timing for delays or early landings.
Can I choose Meet & Greet or kerbside pick-up?
Meet & Greet is mandatory at Heathrow, Gatwick and London City Airport, optional at Stansted, and not available at Luton Airport. Luton pick-ups use designated collection areas.
What is your enhanced airport drop-off service?
Enhanced drop-off provides additional assistance at the airport, including luggage support and escort into the terminal to the check-in area where possible.
