Mason & Green's "Book Online or Get a Quote" system is designed for ease and efficiency. Customers can either book their transfer directly through the website or request a personalised quote for their journey. The system allows users to enter key details like pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates, and special requirements, such as child seats or Meet & Greet services. If you have a request of more than one child seat choose MPV4, even if they are your own child seats. For even more that two a Large MPV must be used.
Once the information is entered, the system generates a transparent, fixed-price quote, ensuring no hidden fees. If the customer proceeds to book, the process is quick and straightforward, with confirmation details sent directly to their email. This system ensures a smooth and stress-free booking experience.
When booking a station pick-up, please ensure to provide the Eurostar train number or the location it is departing from. For optimal service, kindly add 15-30 minutes to the actual arrival time when scheduling the pick-up.
For airport pick-ups, please provide the actual landing time, number of passengers, checked luggage and hand luggage, so we can track the flight and arrange for our driver to enter the terminal 30-40 minutes after landing. The complimentary waiting time is 1 hour from the landing time. If you would prefer the driver to enter the terminal at a specific time to accommodate lounge use, please include this information in the booking notes. In this case, the waiting time will begin immediately after the specified time.
