Is there an additional charge for child seats?
Child seats are provided on request and at no additional charge. Due to high demand, availability is limited and seats must be pre-booked. If a child seat cannot be provided for any reason, we will notify you immediately following an online booking. When no such notification is received, the requested child seat is confirmed and prepared in advance — ensuring there are no surprises on the day.
Can a parent or guardian be contacted when the pick-up is complete?
Yes. If requested, we can confirm by message or call once pick-up has been completed, offering additional reassurance for parents and guardians.
